ArchLinux on inspiron 9300

I was offered a good deal on an older Dell Inspiron 9300 and since it's way better than my desktop hardware I took it.
Here is a little run-down of the hardware and what works.

WHAT WORKS
- CPU: Intel Pentium M processor 2.00GHz (centrino)
- RAM: 2GB Curcial DDR2 PC5400
- HD: 120GB WD
- VIDEO: nVidia Corporation NV41.8 [GeForce Go 6800] (rev a2)
----Driver: nvidia 173.14.09-4
- NET: Broadcom Corporation BCM4401-B0 100Base-TX (rev 02)
----Driver: b44
- WIFI: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection
----Driver: ipw2200
- DISPLAY: 17" WXGA Display @ 1920x1200
- SOUND: Intel Corporation 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW AC'97 Audio Controller
- 1394: Ricoh Co Ltd R5C552 IEEE 1394 Controller (rev 08)
- CD-RW/DVD-RW

NOT WORKING/CONFIGURED (yet)
- Several Function keys, For example: FN+PageUp/FN+PageDown does not control volume.
- Multimedia keys on the front do not work yet.
- SD Card reader not tested
- Modem not tested
- WIFI LED (trivial IMO)

I still have some tweaking to do in order to get my function keys and multimedia keys working. Overall I was very pleased to see so much of the hardware just work! I'll revise this post once I get the keys working and tell you how I did it.

Hasta.

p.s. Halo 3 still r0x0rz! ;)
